Wedding and Reception information 

The Wedding and Reception package at Cagle Steaks & BBQ includes:
  • Use of building from 8 AM to 10 PM
  • Tables and Chairs
  • High end disposable plates, real silverware, Cagle Logo Styrofoam cups 
  • Basic setup and cleanup of facility.
The building reserved is available for decorating at 8 AM the day of the event. The wedding may be no earlier than 4 PM and dinner may be served anytime past 5 PM. The event must be over and guest gone by 10 PM. No alcohol may be served past 10 PM. Additional hours for events must be scheduled in advance and will be billed an additional $200 per hour. An additional 30 Minutes is allotted for cleanup of decorations and personal items. Group must be out of building by 10:30 PM. Any additional time for cleanup will be billed at $50.00 for 30 minutes. Group may not be in the building beyond midnight. 

The Rafters building is the main wedding and reception venue. Your ceremony can be inside the Rafters building or you may utilize the outdoor gazebo and courtyard area (for additional fee). All wedding and reception events include table linens in your choice of color, a dance floor and area for band or DJ. 

The Town House building seats 60-120 people and is a great fit for smaller weddings and receptions. The tables and Chairs are carved wood and compliment the atmosphere of a rustic wedding. 

The Cook House building seats 35-55 people and is perfect got intimate weddings or receptions. 

The Courtyard and Gazebo are beautiful for outdoor ceremonies, willing the West Texas weather cooperates! They provide an intimate setting for an outdoor wedding.
